  I can seriously think of a million things wrong with this Sears. To begin with why my Maytag dryer was dropped and dented on delivery. Now it eats socks. This was years ago but it's a wonderful reminder of my lackluster experience. Management is disorganized. It's like they run it that way deliberately. I know from experience. I used to work here seasonally. I organized the inventory balance sheets first day and remember just how bad it was. I Got fired for a made up reason, no citations on file. I walked out with no argument but knew I shouldn't have. This place needs help, bad! My girlfriend whose department (men's) surprisingly had the best numbers quit soon after. The building also isn't very up to code and has asbestos. While I was there, I saw snarky tagging all over the walls. Like this was high-school. Computers defaced, even in HR's office. Like I said, I could go on and on. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.
