  Horrid to existing customers. Will not allow an existing customer to take advantage of any specials unless they move out of their storage space and move into a new one. Also, back woods accounting practices. I've been set up on auto pay with them, they wait until 9-10 days past the payment due date then process my payment and send me a late notice adding on late charges. Shoddy business practice and excuse after excuse about why they continue to do this. It is obvious they want to try and collect late charges from their customers who don't owe them in order to rip off people as much as possible.
